"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for such excellent service in respect to the inspection of the condo I am considering for purchase.  I have to tell you, the inspector you sent, Mr. Franco Casarcia was an absolute pleasure to work with and ranks amongst the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with.  From arriving on the site punctually, he was neat, clean, polite and posses excellent communication skills and immediately set me at ease.   He also went that extra step to make every one involved feel relaxed and at ease. He was extremely polite with myself and the vendor and very importantly respectful of the vendors living space and privacy. He was open to any questions I presented to him and responded in an extremely honest manner and with the utmost discretion. Most importantly he was extremely approachable and was open to comments and observations I made concerning certain items, statements that in the past I have had responses to the effect of "hey who's the expert here?"  which honestly are a total turn off.  As we were finishing off the inspection Mr. Casarcia commented that inspecting condo's involved a lot less than inspecting a single family home where things like foundation, roofing and insulation etc. come into play, and sometimes wondered if the condo buying client felt "ripped-off" (for lack of a better term) I immediately responded with "you're not selling me an inspection, you're selling me peace of mind on the largest purchase of my life to date!" My mandate is to walk into the purchase eyes wide open.  After seeing countless condos and homes on the market this one was by far the best (there's a lot of crap out there folks!).  What I needed now was a pair of trained unbiased eyes to point out the minor and/or major flaws that I would never have noticed on my own.  MOSE HOME INSPECTION SERVICES provided me those eyes in a way that shows they care about the customer.  I now know what, if any repairs and maintenance I have to look forward to immediately and in the future.  The fact that I got the report only several hours after the inspection (rather than the days I was expecting to wait) also impressed me no end, and certainly I can't complain about the price! In a heartbeat I would recommend your services to anyone buying a home or condo."
